European Flavour Association welcomes McCormick as new member

Talking to Food Ingredients First, Alexander Mohr, EFFA Executive Director says that the addition is mutually beneficial "Now, McCormick has the opportunity to participate in all the EFFA Committees and Working groups covering everything from communication, public and regulatory affairs. They also benefit from receiving all the information and documents we produce. On the other hand, EFFA gains a new member, which consolidates our position as the voice of flavourings in Europe. We also gain new experts to work in our committees. Thus, we as flavour industry fortify our strength, which comes from our ability to jointly discuss and build common positions” he notes.
