EFFA Information Day about the Union List. What does it mean for you and your business?

On 27th of September, 2012, EFFA (European Flavour Association) organised an Information Day with regard to the EU “Union List of Flavourings and Source Materials” .
The aim of the Information Day was to approach the Union List from the view of different stakeholders: the risk manager (EU Commission), the risk assessor (EFSA), the flavouring manufacturers, the food industry and the final consumers.
