IOFI
The International Organization of the Flavor Industry is an NGO/NPO association of regional and national associations of the flavour industry, founded in Switzerland in 1969 among which EFFA.Acting directly and through its members, IOFI provides leadership in order to supply the industry, its customers, government agencies and consumers with sound scientific information, education and training to promote the benefits and the safe use of flavours.
